Construction and maintenance of public and sports lighting, traffic signals, and seasonal and event illuminations

Summary

The Municipality of Maisons-Alfort is procuring a single-supplier, order-based framework agreement for new works and maintenance of public and sports lighting, traffic signals, and seasonal or special-event lighting installations. The scope covers preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and extensions, an on-call service, asset and junction data updates, and installation and removal of temporary illuminations. The technical documents describe a network of approximately 5,149 public-lighting points, 57 lighting control cabinets, 465 traffic-signal supports and sports-lighting equipment. The agreement is not divided into lots; its annual maximums are €300,000 for preventive maintenance, €400,000 for corrective maintenance, €800,000 for new works and €300,000 for illumination works, excluding VAT.
