Treatment and disposal of sludge from wastewater treatment plants in the Pays de Dreux agglomeration

Summary

The Pays de Dreux agglomeration is procuring treatment and disposal services for sludge from wastewater treatment plants in two lots. Lot 1 covers the plants at Brezolles and Tremblay-les-Villages, including on-site dewatering, analysis, transport and processing at a composting facility. Lot 2 covers the Saint-Remy-sur-Avre plant, including on-site dewatering, analysis and transport, followed by composting or land spreading with agronomic monitoring. Each lot is a framework agreement for one year, renewable three times, for a maximum term of 48 months; the annual order maximum is €160,000 excluding VAT for lot 1 and €100,000 excluding VAT for lot 2, with no annual minimum.
