The City of Aubervilliers and its municipal social welfare centre (CCAS) are jointly procuring window and other glazed-surface cleaning at 85 municipal buildings or parts of buildings in Aubervilliers and Piscop. The work includes an initial restorative clean, scheduled routine cleaning once or twice a year depending on the site, and additional services ordered as needed; the contract is not divided into lots. The framework agreement runs for one year and may be renewed three times, for a maximum total of four years, with an overall ceiling of €275,000 excluding VAT.
