Bin bag replacement and litter collection in the STFL sector

Voies navigables de France is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for litter collection and replacement of bin bags at ten public riverfront sites in Lyon. The work includes manually collecting and sorting litter, transporting it to appropriate authorised treatment facilities, and supplying and replacing bin bags. Litter picking covers approximately 24,000 m²; the scheduled service is twice weekly from May to September and once weekly from October to April. The agreement runs for up to four years, with a maximum value of EUR 150,000.
