Provision of a distance-learning French platform for asylum seekers

The French Office for Immigration and Integration (OFII) is procuring, as a single-lot contract, licences for an online French-language learning and practice platform for adult non-French-speaking asylum seekers. Hosting, maintenance and support are included. The estimated audience is 30,000 learners per year; the estimated total value is €2,880,000 including tax, with a maximum contract value of €7,200,000 including tax. The contract runs for 36 months and may be renewed once for 12 months, up to 48 months in total.
