Public-domain concession for a higher degree in music

Summary

The City of Figueres is granting a 40-year public-domain concession for part of the Ferran Sunyer Training Centre so that the concessionaire can establish and deliver a new official university-level degree in higher music studies. The permanent area comprises the entire first floor and a new independent entrance with a 39.53 m² lobby and corridor; adjacent areas may also be used temporarily for the adaptation works.
