Supply of locksmithing products to the City of Lyon and the Lyon Social Action Centre

Summary

The City of Lyon and the Lyon Social Action Centre are procuring locksmithing products under a framework agreement covering two lots. Lot 1 covers standard locks, closures and cylinders, key blanks and key cutting, with a maximum value of EUR 1,760,000 excluding VAT; Lot 2 covers cylinders, master-key systems and access control, with a maximum value of EUR 968,000 excluding VAT. There is no minimum purchase commitment. Deliveries will support maintenance of existing installations, including replacement with identical parts where needed for safety. The agreement is planned to run from 22 April 2027 to 21 April 2031, with an initial one-year period renewable three times for one year.
