Subscription to a construction insurance framework agreement

Summary

COMUE de Toulouse, acting for the University of Toulouse, INSA Toulouse and the Toulouse community of universities and institutions, is procuring a single-provider construction insurance framework agreement. Cover is provided automatically for structural damage; depending on each project, orders may also include construction all-risks, intermediate damage, non-performing constructor, collective decennial liability and project-owner civil liability cover. The four-year agreement runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031, has no minimum value and is capped at EUR 2,000,000; it is not divided into lots.
