Framework agreement for road maintenance and repair using hot- and warm-mix asphalt

Summary

DIR Nord-Ouest is procuring a multi-supplier framework agreement for maintaining and repairing roads using hot- and warm-mix asphalt techniques. The four lots cover the Manche-Calvados district (about 316 km of roads), the Evreux sector (199 km), the Dreux sector (225 km) and the Rouen district (266 km), including roads, service and rest areas, and maintenance centres. Each lot has no annual minimum and an annual maximum of €20.04 million including VAT. The planned term is four years, with up to three renewals.
