Summary

Plaine Commune is procuring a four-year, five-lot framework agreement for Christmas trees and green or painted branches; cuttings, plugs and young plants; bulbs and tubers; and flower seeds for production greenhouses. Lot 5 covers seasonal rental of potted Christmas trees, including delivery, installation, collection and effective replanting or alternative recovery. The four-year minimum and maximum values are €90,000–€500,000 for lot 1, €300,000–€1,400,000 for lot 2, €150,000–€700,000 for lot 3, and €5,000–€30,000 for lot 4, all excluding VAT. Lot 5 has no minimum and a maximum of €20,000 excluding VAT per two-year period.
