Renaturation, landscape improvement and spatial reorganisation of the seafront and Boulevard des Sables in Biscarrosse

Summary

The Municipality of Biscarrosse is procuring project-management and landscape-design services for the ecological restoration, landscape improvement and spatial reorganisation of the seafront and Boulevard des Sables. The contract has one firm study phase and two optional phases covering project design, support with construction procurement, design review, construction supervision and handover; optional scheduling and coordination services and additional environmental and technical studies are also included. The overall project-management period is planned for 72 months, for works with an indicative budget of €5.4 million excluding VAT.
