Building technical inspections, electrical installation verification and technical diagnostics for Charente-Maritime Department buildings

Summary

The Charente-Maritime Department is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for building technical inspections, initial verification of electrical installations, technical diagnostics of existing buildings, and related technical advice. Services will be ordered as needed for buildings across the department, including buildings in use and protected historic buildings. The initial term is one year from 1 January 2027 or, if later, from notification, with three possible one-year renewals; the maximum is €100,000 excluding VAT per period and €400,000 overall.
