Measurement campaigns and detection of clear-water infiltration in sewer networks

Summary

SDEA is procuring three-year framework agreements for flow measurement campaigns and the detection and quantification of clear-water infiltration into sewer networks. Lot 1 covers the Alsace Central, South Centre, North Centre and Western territories, with an estimated 500 km of night-time investigations and a maximum value of €350,000 excluding VAT. Lot 2 covers the Northern and Eastern Moselle territories, with an estimated 800 km of night-time investigations and a maximum value of €500,000 excluding VAT. The work also includes continuous flow and water-level measurements, rainfall and groundwater monitoring, pumping-station measurements, analysis and reporting.
