Maintenance and modernisation of lighting at Saint-Paul sports and leisure facilities

Summary

The Municipality of Saint-Paul is procuring maintenance and modernisation works for lighting at its sports and leisure facilities in two lots. Lot 1 covers preventive and corrective maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, equipment replacement, technical inspections and emergency call-out services. Lot 2 covers renovation and modernisation, including electrical networks, cabinets and lighting supports, and replacing older floodlights with more efficient LED equipment. Each lot has a 12-month term, with up to three tacit renewals. Annual amounts are €5,000–€400,000 for Lot 1 and €20,000–€1,000,000 per company for Lot 2, with a total annual cap of €3,000,000 for Lot 2.
