Supply, transport and laying of emulsion-treated aggregate for maintaining Charente departmental roads

Summary

The Charente Departmental Council is procuring the supply and transport of emulsion-treated aggregate for in-house road repairs, as well as its supply, transport and laying by the contractor for road reprofiling and strengthening. The works cover five lots across the department’s agency areas; each lot has an annual maximum value of €1 million excluding VAT, and the overall estimated value is €20 million. The framework agreement is planned to start on 1 January 2027 for 12 months, with up to three further 12-month renewals.
