Maintenance of natural smoke ventilation systems and fire doors

Summary

The City of Épernay is procuring maintenance and servicing of natural smoke ventilation systems and fire doors in buildings used by the city, Épernay Agglo Champagne, the Épernay social welfare centre, and the municipalities of Moussy, Plivot and Vert-Toulon. The framework agreement is divided into two lots: natural smoke ventilation systems, with an annual maximum of €20,000 excluding VAT, and fire doors, with an annual maximum of €15,000 excluding VAT. Each lot has an initial one-year term, may be renewed twice for 12 months each, and may last up to 36 months.
