Public-space improvement works in the Chasse Royale district, Phase 3

Summary

Valenciennes Métropole and the Porte du Hainaut urban communities are procuring Phase 3 public-space improvement works in the Chasse Royale district, across Valenciennes and La Sentinelle. The works cover three lots: roads and drainage; public lighting and other networks; and green spaces and landscaping. The work area includes Rue Dubled, Rue carrossable, Passage de la Roseraie, Rue de la Roseraie, Rue Conrart, Rue Émile Zola, the areas around SIGH residences on Rue Conrart and Rue Émile Zola, and a new street. The planned duration is 20 months for Lots 1 and 2 and 10 months for Lot 3.
