Operation and maintenance of the technical installations at Montfort-l'Amaury swimming pool

Summary

The Communauté de Communes Cœur Yvelines is procuring operation and maintenance services for the technical installations at the Montfort-l'Amaury swimming pool under one lot for five years. The contract includes supplying pool-water treatment products; operating and maintaining the heating, hot-water, air-treatment, plumbing, air-conditioning and pool-water-treatment systems; major maintenance and replacement of certain equipment; and an energy-performance guarantee for specified energy and water uses after the site handover period.
