Preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems at CAPS facilities, 2027–2030

Summary

CAPS is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of the fire safety systems at its facilities for 48 months, with the contract expected to start on 1 January 2027. The work includes periodic maintenance visits, functional checks, servicing of safety devices and smoke extraction equipment, breakdown call-outs and repairs, with a 24/7 technical telephone standby service. The single-award framework agreement has three lots based on the installed equipment: Siemens, Chubb, and other manufacturers (DEF, Esser and AVISS).
