Preparation of SICASIL’s Drinking Water Supply Master Plan

Summary

SICASIL is procuring a 24-month consultancy to assess the overall operation of its drinking water supply system, identify possible improvements and prepare a programme of works for the following 10 years. The single-lot contract combines fixed-price services with a framework agreement for unit-priced services. The estimated total value is €700,000 excluding VAT, including an estimated €600,000 for the fixed-price part and €100,000 for the framework agreement; the framework agreement has a maximum value of €200,000 excluding VAT.
