Energy renovation of the Darcy and Bouguer buildings and adjoining boiler plant

Summary

Université Gustave Eiffel is procuring energy-renovation works for the Darcy and Bouguer buildings and the adjoining boiler plant at its Nantes Campus in Bouguenais. The works are divided into nine lots: asbestos removal and core sampling; earthworks and structural works; timber-frame façade, external insulation and timber cladding; waterproofing; external joinery and metalwork; interior works and façade renovation; heating and ventilation; electrical works; and photovoltaic installations. The planned duration is 18 months for each lot.
