Framework agreement for operation and maintenance of HVAC and domestic hot water systems in the PACA region

Summary

The CNFPT is procuring a four-year framework agreement for the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and domestic hot water systems at its sites in La Garde, Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. The services include maintaining and monitoring the installations, managing intervention requests, reporting on their condition and operation, and providing on-call coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The estimated total value is €650,000.
