Construction of an EFS building on the Île de Nantes

Summary

The French Blood Establishment (EFS) is procuring construction of a five-storey, 1,918 m² building on the Île de Nantes, with a planned works period of 26 months and an estimated overall value of €14.38 million. The building will include a blood donation and collection area, a health centre, laboratories, medical and technical services, logistics space, offices and catering facilities. The procurement is divided into 16 lots: structural works and the building envelope; partitions, ceilings and interior joinery; flooring, painting and signage; laboratory equipment and furniture; cleaning; heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and special fluids; electrical systems, fire safety, photovoltaic equipment and building controls; lifts; roads and utility networks; and landscaping.
