Troyes road construction, maintenance and renovation works – Lot 1: works under €50,000 excluding VAT

Summary

The City of Troyes is procuring a four-year, single-supplier framework agreement for new road works, maintenance and renovation works valued below €50,000 excluding VAT per order, excluding new road redevelopment works. Works may cover roadways and their foundations, pavements, cycle paths and networks across the city, including streets, squares, schoolyards, play areas and parks. The framework agreement has no minimum value and a maximum value of €1.5 million excluding VAT. This procurement covers Lot 1; Lot 2, for works above €50,000 excluding VAT, will be tendered separately.
