Global performance contract for the design, operation, maintenance and renovation of public lighting and three-colour traffic signal installations

Summary

Grand-Orly Seine Bièvre Territorial Public Establishment is procuring a global performance contract for the design, operation, maintenance and renovation of public lighting and three-colour traffic signal installations. The contract covers five lots: Arcueil, Gentilly, Kremlin-Bicêtre and Villejuif; Cachan, Fresnes and L'Haÿ-les-Roses; Athis-Mons and Paray-Vieille-Poste; Juvisy-sur-Orge and Viry-Châtillon; and Morangis and Savigny-sur-Orge. The estimated total value is EUR 68 million. The framework agreement will be implemented through purchase orders and is planned to start on 1 March 2027 for 12 months, with up to three renewals.
