Maintenance of Canon and Lexmark printing equipment and the uniFLOW solution, and acquisition of additional equipment

Summary

The procurement covers two lots for the maintenance of printing equipment and the uniFLOW solution, together with the supply of additional equipment. Lot 1 covers copiers and uniFLOW, with an estimated value of EUR 310,000; Lot 2 covers printers and additional equipment, with an estimated value of EUR 170,000. Each contract starts on 26 March 2027 for 12 months and may be renewed three times for 12 months, up to a maximum of 48 months.
