IT support services for 2027

Summary

The Public Transport Authority in Kraków is procuring ongoing IT support and maintenance for its ICT infrastructure at its offices, Passenger Service Points, park-and-ride sites and other locations. The services cover network and server infrastructure, systems and applications, cloud services, and equipment used at Passenger Service Points and park-and-ride sites. The base scope is estimated at 1,644 working hours, with an option for up to 1,600 additional hours; the contract is intended to run for 12 months from 1 December 2026 or, if signed later, from the signing date, unless the applicable hour limit is reached sooner. The procurement is not divided into lots.
