Coach transport services with a driver

Summary

The Paris-Vallée de la Marne urban community and seven member municipalities and public bodies are procuring coach transport with drivers through a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders. Services cover local and longer-distance journeys, including shuttles, rotations, transfers to stations and airports, and half-day, full-day and evening trips, using vehicles in standard and touring categories for different passenger capacities. The agreement has no minimum spend and a maximum of €300,000 excluding VAT per year for each of the eight participating buyers. It will run for one year from 11 January 2027, with up to three annual renewals, for a maximum total of four years; optional services include an electric, hybrid or renewable-energy standard coach with up to 20 seats and a standard coach with at least 64 seats.
