Preliminary studies for private housing improvement programmes

Grenoble Alpes Métropole is procuring preliminary studies for programmes to improve private housing, particularly deteriorated housing in privately owned co-ownership buildings. The work is divided into two lots: a framework agreement for housing-scope studies, lasting 18 months, and a framework agreement for pre-operational studies, lasting 48 months.
