Supply of stationery, educational materials and books for the Arras purchasing group

Summary

The City of Arras and the Arras School Fund are jointly procuring supplies under three lots: stationery and arts-and-crafts materials; educational and teaching materials and games; and school and other educational books. The procurement comprises three framework agreements for call-off orders, starting on 1 March 2027 for 48 months, with possible renewals. Lot 1 will have one supplier; lots 2 and 3 may each have up to three suppliers, with orders allocated in ranked sequence.
