The mixed syndicate for the development of the Vésubie and Valdeblore valleys is procuring grooming and maintenance services for the Boréon Nordic ski area in Saint-Martin-Vésubie. The single-lot framework agreement covers piste grooming and preparation of the biathlon stadium and border-cross course. It has no minimum commitment and a maximum value of €62,500 excluding VAT per 12-month period, may be renewed three times, and can run for up to 48 months, with a total maximum value of €250,000 excluding VAT.
