Paid on-street parking enforcement and appeals management services

Summary

The Municipality of Chantilly is procuring services to enforce paid on-street parking and manage related payment notices and appeals. The contract includes recruiting and managing enforcement staff; supplying equipment, including one or more vehicles with automated number-plate recognition; issuing parking payment notices; administering challenges and coordinating with the national agency responsible for processing them; and preparing responses to appeals before the parking tribunal. Monthly reports on appeals are also required. The initial contract period is 24 months, with one possible extension.
