Cleaning of HABITAT ET MÉTROPOLE administrative premises

HABITAT ET MÉTROPOLE Saint-Étienne is procuring cleaning services under a framework agreement covering three lots: cleaning the NEOZ head office, excluding window cleaning (annual maximum €150,000 excluding VAT); cleaning its agencies, excluding window cleaning (annual maximum €80,000 excluding VAT); and cleaning and maintaining windows (annual maximum €70,000 excluding VAT). Services are ordered as needed and paid at unit prices. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 for 12 months and may be renewed three times for 12 months, giving a maximum total duration of 48 months.
