Rental and maintenance of a wireless conference system for meetings – 1 March 2027 to 31 July 2030

Le Mans Métropole and the City of Le Mans are procuring the rental and maintenance of a wireless conference system for municipal and metropolitan council meetings and similar events from 1 March 2027 to 31 July 2030. The contract includes delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning and maintenance, with 40 stations at the Town Hall and 85 at the Espace culturel des Jacobins. The maximum contract value is €500,000 excluding VAT.
