Residential building audits and building-envelope performance measurements

Summary

Cerema is procuring field-based building audits and building-envelope performance measurements for the first winter campaign of the PRODICEE programme, covering individual houses and apartments renovated under the energy-savings certificate scheme. The 13 geographic lots cover France; lots 1–11 include type B audits and type C1 post-renovation and C2 pre-renovation measurements, while lots 12–13 cover type B audits only. The services include building surveys, occupant interviews, renovation-work audits, SEREINE measurements of overall insulation performance, local wall thermal measurements, airtightness testing and, where ordered, infrared thermography and ventilation-system checks. The framework agreements run until 31 August 2027, with a combined maximum value of EUR 403,800 excluding VAT.
