Design services for the rehabilitation and renovation of Roseraie nursery

Summary

The Municipality of Sèvres is procuring a single-lot design team to oversee the rehabilitation and renovation of the Roseraie nursery, approximately 370 m² indoors with a 380 m² courtyard. The services cover the core design and construction-phase missions, together with a building diagnosis, dynamic thermal simulation and construction planning and coordination. The planned works include reorganising and upgrading the nursery’s spaces and services, improving energy performance, renovating the courtyard and renewing the fire-safety system shared with the adjacent Gambetta kindergarten. The estimated works budget is €932,000 excluding VAT.
