Construction of a biomass and propane gas boiler house and district heating network in Champtoceaux

The Syndicat Intercommunal d'Énergies de Maine-et-Loire is re-tendering lots 2, 3 and 4 of the works for a biomass and propane gas boiler house and district heating network in Champtoceaux; lot 1, covering the boiler house, has already been awarded. The re-tendered works comprise earthworks and utilities, structural works, and timber framing, roofing, metalwork and dry partitions. The overall project also includes a boiler house and silo, a wood-and-propane-gas heating plant, a district heating network and substations in connected buildings. The contract duration is 12 months.
