Programming study for the rehabilitation of the Gérard Philipe Theatre in Saint-Denis

The Municipality of Saint-Denis is commissioning a functional, architectural, technical, performance and economic programming study for the rehabilitation of the Gérard Philipe Theatre at 59 Boulevard Jules Guesde in Saint-Denis. The work comprises a pre-operational study with needs assessment, diagnosis, recommendations and costed scenarios, followed by feasibility work and a technical and functional programme based on the selected scenario.
