Reception and management of stray or impounded animals in Choisy-le-Roi

Summary

The Municipality of Choisy-le-Roi is procuring a single, unloted service for the reception and management of stray or impounded animals, including injured or dangerous animals and animals placed in a pound by administrative, judicial or police authorities, as well as animals taken into care through social services. Animals must be accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the service must provide the municipality with a way to track animals’ arrivals, departures and subsequent disposition. The contract is priced as an annual lump sum irrespective of the number of animals, covers a population of 46,126, and runs for one year from 1 January 2027 or the later notification date; it may be renewed three times, for a maximum total of four years.
