Energy audits and building studies under the ACTEE programme

Summary

TE Flandre is procuring a 36-month framework agreement for services relating to public buildings in its territory, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers comprehensive energy audits of local authorities’ building stock, with a maximum value of EUR 150,000 excluding VAT. Lot 2 covers studies and system sizing for heating, cooling and air conditioning, and for phasing out carbon-based energy, with a maximum value of EUR 60,000 excluding VAT.
