The municipality of Penmarc’h is procuring a 24-month design and project-management assignment to convert the existing natural-grass football pitch at Jos Péron Municipal Stadium into a synthetic-turf pitch. The assignment covers diagnosis, preliminary and detailed design, assistance with tendering, review of contractors’ technical documents, construction supervision and handover. Renovation of the athletics track is excluded.
