Intermunicipal cycling policy and action plan for Grand Paris Sud

Summary

Grand Paris Sud is procuring advisory and support services to develop an intermunicipal cycling strategy and action plan for everyday journeys. The work comprises a strategic diagnosis, development of policy scenarios, and a costed, phased action plan covering cycling routes and infrastructure, parking, services, communication and monitoring. Participation and co-development activities will be ordered as needed, with a total value of €5,000–€30,000 excluding VAT; the overall delivery period is 18 months, excluding validation periods.
