Design and construction supervision services for the redevelopment of the Fleuriaye IUT in Carquefou

Summary

Nantes Université is seeking a design and construction supervision team for alterations to the existing Fleuriaye IUT in Carquefou, to enable the computer science department to move into a new building connected to the institute. The works, with an estimated budget of EUR 581,000 excluding VAT, will be carried out in parallel with and phased alongside another operation. The contract covers the core design and construction supervision services, plus scheduling, management and coordination (OPC) and fire safety systems coordination (CSSI); it is not divided into lots.
