Design services for the comprehensive energy renovation of Ronchin Town Hall

Summary

The Municipality of Ronchin is procuring design and project management services for the comprehensive energy renovation of its town hall, which will remain occupied during the works. The 34-month mission covers diagnostic, preliminary and detailed design, procurement assistance, design review, construction supervision, scheduling and coordination, and handover assistance, together with a thermal study and dynamic thermal simulation. It also includes preliminary design for a 50–60 m² extension; further design work on the extension is an optional tranche, subject to the municipality deciding to proceed.
