Purchase or rental and maintenance of photocopiers for the Municipality of Wintzenheim, 2027–2030

Summary

The Municipality of Wintzenheim is procuring eight new colour multifunction copiers for municipal services, the cultural centre, after-school facilities and primary schools, either for rental or purchase. The contract includes delivery, installation, configuration, training, remote meter reading and maintenance charged per copy, including consumables but excluding paper, as well as removal of the existing equipment. An additional service option covers two black-and-white copiers for nursery schools. Installation is scheduled for 14–31 December 2026, with operation for 48 months from 1 January 2027 through 31 December 2030.
