Summary

The Lyon Métropole Saint-Étienne Roanne Chamber of Commerce and Industry is procuring a four-year framework agreement, with a total maximum value of €4 million excluding VAT, for occasional maintenance and fit-out works at its sites in Lyon and the Loire area. The 15 lots cover heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing; electrical works; exterior and interior joinery; plastering, painting and suspended ceilings; floor coverings; modular partitions and raised floors; locksmithing, blinds and curtains; and roofing and waterproofing. The works include office maintenance or refurbishment and fit-out of commercial premises; complete building renovations are excluded.
