The Regional Shellfish Farming Committee of Southern Brittany is procuring laboratory analysis of oyster samples under the Oxyvir Observatory in Southern Brittany, experimental season 3. The framework agreement covers counting total infectious FRNAPH and detecting and quantifying norovirus GI and GII genomes in oysters. The analyses are scheduled from November 2026 to April 2027, with work carried out in southern Finistère, Morbihan and northern Loire-Atlantique.
