Creation of three accessible bedrooms and shower rooms at the Patio de Jeanne care home

Summary

The Joseph Sauvy Association is procuring renovation works at the Patio de Jeanne care home, 15 rue Jeanne Jugan, Perpignan. The project covers three accessible bedrooms created from former shared bathrooms and the creation or refurbishment of three shared shower rooms on floors R+1, R+2 and R+3. The six lots cover demolition, masonry, partitions and suspended ceilings; joinery; plumbing, heating and mechanical ventilation; electrical works; painting; and flexible flooring. The works are planned to last four months.
