Coordinating Architect and Environmental Monitoring Services for the Bergères Eco-District

Summary

EPT Paris Ouest La Défense is procuring services for the Bergères Eco-District in Puteaux under two lots: coordinating architect services (Lot 1) and environmental monitoring services (Lot 2). Lot 1 covers coordination of the urban and architectural design, review of development and construction projects, and checks that works comply with the project’s requirements. Lot 2 covers environmental monitoring of studies and construction sites, sustainability reporting, waste-management monitoring, and support for Eco-District and HQE certification. Each lot is a single-supplier framework agreement for one year, renewable up to three times, with no annual minimum and a maximum of EUR 150,000 excluding VAT per year; estimated orders are up to EUR 100,000 excluding VAT per year per lot.
