Master plan for drinking water supply for the Cluses Arve et Montagnes intermunicipal community

Summary

The Cluses Arve et Montagnes intermunicipal community is commissioning a unified master plan for drinking water supply covering Cluses, Magland, Marnaz, Mont-Saxonnex and Nancy-sur-Cluses. The work includes establishing a consistent picture of the water system and developing management tools, including a GIS, a network model and plans for future measures and works, as well as updating the community’s regulatory documents. The indicative scope includes 9,295 subscribers, 16 water catchments or catchment groups, 6 treatment facilities, 20 reservoirs, 211 km of pipelines and 11 distribution units.
